Orders delivered within standard metropolitan areas will be shipped using our regular freight services at the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Regional & Rural Areas

If you live outside a standard metro delivery area, additional freight charges may apply due to the location and accessibility of your delivery address.

In some regional or remote areas, our freight carriers may be unable to deliver directly to your residential or business address. In these circumstances, your order may be sent to the nearest freight depot for collection.

If additional freight costs are required, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the additional amount. Your order will not be sent until the additional freight cost has been approved.
